AC/DC (сокр.

Symphony of Destruction" is a 1992 single by American (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Music_of_the_United_States) heavy metal (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Heavy_metal_music) band Megadeth (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Megadeth), taken from their 1992 album double platinum selling album, Countdown to Extinction (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Countdown_to_Extinction). The lyrics explores the hypothetical (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Hypothetical) situation where an average citizen (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Citizen) might be placed into a position where he can run the country while the public is led like puppets (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Puppets) by a phantom government. Penned by vocalist and frontman (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Frontman) Dave Mustaine (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Dave_Mustaine), the song received significant radio play and charted considerably well, making it one of Megadeth (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Megadeth)'s best known songs..

DAVID BOWIE - HEROES (live)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VXzyobIKZBE
http://userserve-ak.last.fm/serve/_/7746957/David+Bowie+heroes3.jpg
"Heroes" is a song written by David Bowie (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/David_Bowie) and Brian Eno (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Brian_Eno) in 1977. Produced by Bowie and Tony Visconti (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Tony_Visconti), it was released both as a single and as the title track of the album "Heroes" (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/%22Heroes%22). A product of Bowie's fertile 'Berlin' period (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Berlin_Trilogy), life in the city was crystallized into a tale of two lovers who come together in the shadow of the 'Wall of Shame' (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Berlin_Wall) (though here "the shame was on the other side"). While not a huge hit at the time, the song has gone on to become one of Bowie's signature tunes and is well known today for its appearance in numerous advertisements. It has been cited as Bowie's second most covered song after "Rebel Rebel (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Rebel_Rebel)".

"Wild Is the Wind" is a song written by Dimitri Tiomkin (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Dimitri_Tiomkin) and Ned Washington (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Ned_Washington). It was later covered by Nina Simone (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Nina_Simone) on the album Wild Is The Wind (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Wild_Is_the_Wind_(album)) (1966). David Bowie (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/David_Bowie) recorded a version of it in 1976 for his album Station to Station (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Station_to_Station). Bowie was an admirer of Simone’s style, and after meeting her in Los Angeles (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Los_Angeles) was inspired to record the song for his album.

"Clocks" is a song by English alternative rock (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Alternative_rock) band Coldplay (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Coldplay). It was written by all members of the band for their second album, A Rush of Blood to the Head (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/A_Rush_of_Blood_to_the_Head). Built around a repeating piano riff (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Riff), the song features cryptic lyrics of contrast and urgency themes. Several remixes of the track exist and its riff has been widely sampled (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Sampling_(music)). "Clocks" won Record of the Year (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Record_of_the_Year) at the 2004 Grammy Awards (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/46th_Grammy_Awards), and, to date, is one of Coldplay's most successful songs.

Pearl Jam is an American rock band that formed in Seattle, Washington, in 1990.
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/f/ff/PearlJam.jpg
The song is sung from the viewpoint of a young man who, while on a date, crashes his father's car when the car stalls, the engine was dead, which causes the man to swerve the car where it hits something mysterious, causing the two of them to faint causing an accident, When he wakes up, it's raining, and does find his girl, who asks him to hold her tight, which they did, before she dies when in the singer's arms, following the titular "last kiss". The refrain affirms his belief that he must lead a "good" life to be reunited with his love in Heaven when he dies.

Alien Love Secrets is an EP (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Extended_play) made by Steve Vai (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Steve_Vai) in 1995. It was written as a stripped-down guitar, bass and drums record with minimal keyboards. Alien Love Secrets was released in the middle of the recording process of the 1996 album Fire Garden (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Fire_Garden), as Vai wished to keep a steady output, and the 70 plus minutes of Fire Garden (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Fire_Garden) were taking too long to release at an acceptable interval after Sex and Religion (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Sex_and_Religion_(album)). Notable tracks include "Bad Horsie" (derived from a riff Vai played in the movie Crossroads (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Crossroads_(1986_film))).

It is the only Deep Purple studio record featuring Tommy Bolin (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Tommy_Bolin), who replaced Ritchie Blackmore (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Ritchie_Blackmore) on guitar.
When Blackmore left the band, many observers and critics assumed that Deep Purple would not continue. It was David Coverdale (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/David_Coverdale) who asked Jon Lord (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Jon_Lord) to keep the band together, and Tommy Bolin was asked to take the guitar slot. It was numbered 13 on VH1 (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/VH1)'s "Top 40 Greatest Metal Songs."
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/e/e0/Dio_IronFest.jpg/413px-Dio_IronFest.jpg (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/e/e0/Dio_IronFest.jpg)
Ronnie James Dio (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Ronnie_James_Dio) said in a 2005 interview that he was originally displeased with the song, considering it to sound too "pop (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Pop_music)". He said that after the recording was finished he almost destroyed the tape. However, the other members of the band talked him out of it. Despite Ronnie's initial thoughts about the song, he still thanked the band for talking him out of it; it has gone on to become one of his signature songs (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Signature_song) and still remains a fan favorite.
In a VH1 (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/VH1) documentary, Dio also stated that the lyrics reflected his feelings after leaving Black Sabbath (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Black_Sabbath), as he felt alone and rejected, hence a "Rainbow in the Dark". It should also be noted that the title may refer to Dio's other band, Rainbow (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Rainbow_(band)).

"Jump" is a song recorded by the American rock group Van Halen (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Van_Halen). It is the only single (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Single_(music)) the group released in their career to reach number one on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Billboard_Hot_100)[1] (http://forum.russianamerica.com/f/#cite_note-0). It was released in 1984 as the second track on the album 1984 (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/1984_(Van_Halen_album)). The song breaks the mold of earlier Van Halen songs, mainly in its rolling synth (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Synthesizer) line (played on an Oberheim OB-Xa (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Oberheim_OB-Xa)), although the song contains the standard Eddie Van Halen (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Eddie_Van_Halen) guitar solo (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Guitar_solo), which Eddie claims as his favorite solo he never wrote. This refers to the fact that the producer spliced parts of two different takes to create the one heard in the song.

I Robot is a progressive rock (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Progressive_rock) album (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Album) recorded by The Alan Parsons Project (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/The_Alan_Parsons_Project), engineered by Alan Parsons (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Alan_Parsons) and Eric Woolfson (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Eric_Woolfson) in 1977. It was released by Arista Records in 1977 (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/1977) and re-released on CD (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Compact_Disc) in 1984 and 2007. It was intended to be based on the I, Robot (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/I,_Robot) stories written by Isaac Asimov (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Isaac_Asimov), and actually Woolfson spoke with Asimov, who was enthusiastic about that. As the rights had already been granted to a TV/movie company, the album's title was altered slightly by removing the comma, and the theme and lyrics were made to be more generically about robots rather than specific to the Asimov universe..

The Black Crowes with Jimmy Page - Custard Pie

http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_B3pd8gvEaCQ/TB3Wy5-yvDI/AAAAAAAAPms/RnoUB6MhfvU/s1600/page_black_crowes_hot_on_ny_f.jpg
"Custard Pie" is the first track on the English (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/England) rock (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Rock_music) band Led Zeppelin (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Led_Zeppelin)'s sixth album, Physical Graffiti (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Physical_Graffiti), released in 1975 (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/1975_in_music). The lyrics to the riff-heavy song pay homage to the blues songs of the Robert Johnson (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Robert_Johnson_(musician)) era; specifically "Drop Down Mama" by Sleepy John Estes (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Sleepy_John_Estes), "Shake 'Em On Down" by Bukka White (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Bukka_White), and "I Want Some Of Your Pie" by Blind Boy Fuller (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Blind_Boy_Fuller).
http://www.jimmypage.co.uk/jimmy-page-colour113.jpg
The song contains somewhat difficult-to-comprehend lyrics, but, like several other songs on the album, they are full of sexual innuendo. In this case, "Custard Pie" refers to a woman's sexual organs and the song is rife with references to oral sex: "Your custard pie, yeah, sweet and nice / When you cut it mama, save me a slice", as well as "chewin' a piece of your custard pie".

On 10 December 2007, the surviving members of Led Zeppelin reunited for a one-off benefit concert (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Benefit_concert) held in memory of music executive Ahmet Ertegün (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Ahmet_Ertegun), with Jason Bonham (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Jason_Bonham) taking up his late father's place on drums. It was announced on 12 September 2007 by promoter Harvey Goldsmith (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Harvey_Goldsmith) in a press conference. According to Guinness World Records (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Guinness_World_Records) 2009, Led Zeppelin hold the world record for the "Highest Demand for Tickets for One Music Concert" as 20 million requests for the reunion show were rendered online.
The concert was to help raise money for the Ahmet Ertegün Education Fund, which pays for university scholarships in the UK, US and Turkey (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Turkey). Music critics praised the band's performance. Hamish MacBain of NME proclaimed, "What they have done here tonight is proof they can still perform to the level that originally earned them their legendary reputation... We can only hope this isn't the last we see of them." Page suggested the band may start work on new material, and stated that a world tour may be in the works. Meanwhile, Plant made his reluctance regarding a reunion tour known to The Sunday Times, stating: "having to live up to something is terribly serious." He also made it known that he could be in favour of more one-off shows in the near future: "It wouldn't be such a bad idea to play together from time to time."

Hello" is a song by Lionel Richie (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Lionel_Richie). Taken as the third single (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Single_(music)) from Richie's multi-platinum album Can't Slow Down (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Can%27t_Slow_Down_(Lionel_Richie_album)), the song was released in 1984 and reached number one on three Billboard (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Billboard_(magazine)) music charts: the pop chart (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Billboard_Hot_100) (for two weeks), the R&B chart (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Hot_R%26B/Hip-Hop_Songs) (for three weeks),[1] (http://forum.russianamerica.com/f/#cite_note-0) and the adult contemporary chart (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Adult_Contemporary_(chart)) (for six weeks). The song also went to number one on the UK Singles Chart (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/UK_Singles_Chart). It is considered by some to be Richie's signature song (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Signature_song).
The song is particularly memorable for the line "Hello, is it me you're looking for?". In an interview broadcast in the UK on Channel 4 (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Channel_4)'s Top 100 Number One Hits, Richie said he had been thanked by a large number of normally tongue-tied men who had proposed marriage (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Betrothal) after a slow dance (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Slow_dance) to the song.

Ей 71. Я была на ее концерте в 1998. Ей было 59, но танцевала она, как молодая!
Интересно, что живет она большей частью в Германии и Швейцарии, и она придерживается буддизма.
На этом клипе ей 68! Но она все еще молода!

"Cradle of Love" is a rock (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Rock_music) song written by Billy Idol (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Billy_Idol) and David Werner for Idol's 1990 fourth studio album Charmed Life (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Charmed_Life_(album)). The song is the album's sixth track, and was released as its first single. The song became one of Idol's biggest hits in the United States (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/United_States), where it reached #2 on the Billboard (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Billboard_(magazine)) Hot 100 (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Hot_100), but stalled at #34 in Idol's native UK (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/UK). It was also Idol's first, and (so far) only #1 hit on the Mainstream Rock Tracks (http://forum.russianamerica.com/wiki/Mainstream_Rock_Tracks) chart in the U.S.
