Хотела бы узнать. Моя подруга перевела мне на Pay Pal $$$ для покупки одежды.
у меня na Pay Pal все отразилось,что я получила $$$.
Как все работает?Мне нужно делать заказ кредитной картой ,какая на PayPal зарегестрирована и йети $$$ автоматом туда с Pay pal переходят???
как все оплачивается???

После 60 дней со дня открытия Pay Pal можно сделать запрос о дебит карточке, и переводить с банк аккаунт на Pay Pal моментально, что очень удобно. Не надо ждать 3-4 бизнес дней.

А я заплатила по [paypal], но посылка пoтерялась. Открыла [claim], в котором по ошибке указала причину [not as described]. Меня попросили вернуть его обратно, чтобы получить деньги, а так как возвращать было нечего, мне отказали. Я им звонила и после получаса ожидания положила трубку. Что-то можно еще сделать или пропали мои деньги?

You are sort of screwed, but if you paid from your linked to PayPal account Credit Card you can dispute a charge through your Credit Card issuer. Furthermore, the seller should have provided you with a parcel courier tracking number. This will help once you file a claim through credit card issuer.

In short, forget about going through PayPal and focus your efforts on getting a refund through a credit card.

I paid directly from my bank account. :(

The seller has a tracking number which states that the item was left at the front door. A UPS idiot left it in a place where anybody could grab and go.

Кто-то должен был расписаться за посылку. Через UPS найдите роспись, и спрашивайте с того кто расписался....

File a claim through UPS ($100USD insurance is included). You have very little means of recourse since the seller is in the clear.

I tried to file a claim. The UPS website didn't allow me to do so, since the seller has already filed one. :(
