HDL 21 (а норма 40 и выше)
все остальные параметры (вес, пульст, давление, BMI - в норме). 36 лет.
Как повысить этот прокляты HDL? Год назад было то же самое.. :18:

у него там был тотал холестерол, а у меня с тотал всё в порядке уже давно, а НДЛ поднять не могу..
т.е. он овсянку хавал.. попробуем...

Смешно, большущее спасибо! В списке из того чего я не ем вижу: лук, омега-3. Растворимой клетчатки видимо тоже.. недостаточно.
Как проверить печень? Пойти к моему семейному доктору и сказать "низкий HDL холестерин, проверь печень"?
марик, вроде наоборот, когда жрёшь много Омега-3 падает вероятность рака простаты:
