Читаем его резюме ....During my last trip from Curacao to Dominican Republic due to the fact that on the nautical charts ongoing drug operation areas are not marked, approximately at 3PM I was arrested by DNCD power boat 5 miles south of my destination, marina Cap-Cana and accused in intention of transporting drugs from DR to Puerto-Rico. Beruta is under the arrest in the marina and I am in jail facing up to 20 years in prison. The main evidence against me is a intercepted satellite telephone call, which was apparently made in Spanish, which I do not speak! I also do not have the satellite phone. All my cash, credit cards, documents were confiscated.

Да, большого словарного запаса для нарко-перевозчика не надо ...Fluent in both English and Russian. Beginner level of French and Spanish.
