H1 visa

Hello everybody!
I've got a question. I have a friend in the USA (american), he owns his own business. And now he wants to hire me.
I have a higher education (linguistic), I speak two languages ( English and French). But the job he is going to give me is in sales, i dont have any experience in that field.
I have been to us before, stayed there for about a year. So my question is if I have a good chance of getting H1 visa. Or is it easier to go there on a tourist visa and then change the status? I would appreciate any feedback.Thank you.

I think the only job he want's to hire you for , is sleeping with him... and I'm pretty sure you have some experience in that field...

I am very sorry that the only thing that popped up in your head is about sex. No, you are wrong, we are good friends, and it has nothing to do with sleeping. He offers his help for me to go to the usa. And i actually needs good afvice without any meditation on what you think i will be doing there as a job.Thank you

well, that's just because i don't beleive in friendship(as in FRIENDSHIP) between M & F...

the only advise i could give is the one i already gave you... don't worry about your experience in sales... :lol:

other than that... I know nothing about visas...

Does it mean that there is no chance of obtaining this kind of visa? :( And if go on a tourist visa and change the status while already in the usa? thank u for info
