the question of relevance :

1. How a non compete agreement should be set up legally ?

2 what is the "three-pong test" that determines the reasonableness of a restrictive covenant ?

3. What is breach duty of loyalty as defined by law?


also if u can think of any relevant cases that u can site...

The subject is the duty of loyalty at the agent level (not by director).

I am doing an appellate brief, for a class, the appellate brief is on Cameco, Inc. v. Donald Gedicke, by NJ supreme court, I know that this case made some noise in the legal community.

Да дело не только в тоне. Мальчик хочет чтобы ему (1) обьяснили всю юридическую подоплеку определенного аспекта контрактного права; (2) обьяснили как все эта лабудень относится к конкретным фактам процесса по которому он пишет свое студенческое досье; и (3) сделали исследования и зацитировали преценденты (разумеется в параллельном формате, поскольку мы имеем дело со штатным судом и в соответсвиями с правилами Blue Book). А он, бедняжка, потом просто, спокойно copy & paste; иными словами, он хочет чтобы "deadbeats" написали за него его brief, т.к. самому ему делать домашнюю работу ломает. Я не знаю ни одного идиота который стал бы это делать, даже если бы его попросили вежливо, и даже если бы это было в специализированом форуме. Эй, Удя, как к твоей просьбе отнеслись на Findlaw?
