This is a great opportunity to gain significant leadership experience within a dynamic, fast paced environment. Must be flexible working on average 50-55 hours per week (paid OT). Must have the ability to work across different departments within organization and represent QA appropriately. Does not need automation since the group is doing mostly black box testing. Candidates must be technical to an extent. Will be leading a team of 5-10 QA Engineers.
Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent in Computer Science/Related Field OR 2+ years of QA experience in the software development industry
  • Experience with authoring and maintaining test plans and test cases used for verifying software quality
  • Experience with a lead role in a Quality Assurance test team
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide proper feedback on test team performance
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous QA projects across varying products and initiatives
  • Demonstrated prior experience with project management and test execution on a project and team level to successfully hit project targets
  • Flexible schedule
  • Any combination of experience/training to demonstrate possession of specific job skills
