Помогите пожалуйста в корректировке/доработке резюме.
Резюме под конкретную позицию, я составила "сырое" резюме, но сама чувствую что что-то не совсем то.

Description:
Under the direction of the Chief, Mitigation Branch, coordinates & monitors agency participation in grant programs (i.e., federal & state disaster assistance mitigation programs through the administration of the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, Flood Mitigation Assistance Program, and other federal & state programs). Works with state agencies and local governments to develop partnerships with all levels of government, the private sector, and voluntary organizations to create and maintain a state and local comprehensive mitigation program. Assists local political jurisdictions to develop mitigation plans and projects that meet federal regulations & state requirements. Provides training to state and local officials on mitigation planning, programs & procedures. Monitors work of and assists in training of Disaster Relief Grant employees during disaster recovery and mitigation operations. Conducts research and provides information on mitigation and damage reduction techniques to the State Mitigation Team to identify priority areas for mitigation planning & project development and meets with state and federal agencies, local officials, state legislators and staff members from the Ohio Congressional Delegation to discuss mitigation programs. Maintains detailed records and arranges for federal & state audits. Represents Ohio EMA & the Branch at federal & state level events, meetings & conferences. Provides technical assistance to local governments in the preparation of mitigation plans & projects. Reviews and comments on federal and state laws and regulations regarding impact on the state of Ohio. Acts as the Environmental Specialist to ensure compliance with NEPA and other federal laws for the Public Assistance Program, Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, and Flood Mitigation Assistance Program. Advises applicants of project eligibility & provides technical assistance to communities in the development of mitigation projects following disasters. Monitor projects & ensure compliance with federal regulations. Conducts environmental reviews and benefit-cost analysis on mitigation projects. Conducts on-site visits to evaluate plans and projects and coordinates timely closure of grant projects. Participates on State Mitigation Teams & Federal Interagency Hazard Mitigation Teams following disasters or emergency situations to identify projects for disaster mitigation programs. Travels to disaster sites for extended periods of time following major disaster declarations to work with local communities. Conducts local official’s briefings and public meetings to explain mitigation programs. Assists in the EmergencyOperationsCenter during disasters."
Minimum Qaulifications:
Completion of undergraduate major core program in emergency management, public or business administration; 3 yrs. trg. or 3 yrs. exp. in disaster services & emergency operations; must be able to provide own transportation. -Or 3 yrs. trg. or 3 yrs. exp. in emergency management, public or business administration; 2 yr. trg. or 2 yr. exp. in disaster services & emergency operations; must be able to provide own transportation. -Or 2 yrs. exp. as Disaster Services Consultant 1, 64911; must be able to provide own transportation. -Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
Supplemental Information:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bi-lingual or multi-lingual abilities (fluently speak & write a language(s) in addition to English).
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT REQUIRED TO REMAIN IN THE CLASSIFICATION AFTER EMPLOYMENT:
Completion of FEMA Professional Development Series, Damage Assessment Course, Disaster Recovery Course, EOC Course, Hazard Material Awareness Course & Incident Command System Course.
UNUSUAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Requires travel; must provide own transportation; exposed to disaster sites; must be available for weekend & after normal hour duty; work will require absence from home for extended period of time during disaster & emergency; must be able to respond to disasters 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except on approved vacation times; exposed to dirt & debris; exposed to impacted areas (i.e., flood, hazardous material spills, blizzard, riot, tornado devastation) which may also be bio-hazard areas (e.g., tetanus, hepatitis).
