Corporation and ownership

Sorry for not posting in Russian. Using translit is kinda challenging for me.

I have a question concerning corporation and ownership. My partner and I recently have opened a corporation. Since I don't have social security or tax id number, I'm not able to put my self as owner of corporation. I'm going to receive my social security in spring 2009 but the business will be running from January. How can I protect my 50% percent of shares legally? Do I need to make some sort of agreement that should be signed by my partner? I just don't want to be cut off and want to protect my self legally.

Права акционеров записываются в BY Laws and Operating Agrement. Правда вы не любите серьезные документы и все изучаете по мультикам, как вы говорите они ближе к жизне. Вы наверно никогда на заполняли Article, это не сложно на саите Secretary state любого штата .Как юристу вам полезно иногда пользоваться официальными документами, а не только мультиками.

ва вторых, я язык вас по мультикам призывала изучать - живой язык, а не права акционеров

ну а в третьих, если чилавек спрашивает не нужeн ли иму какой то агримент "to protect himslef", то можно догадаца что никакого [operating agreement] у них нет, а так бы он ниспрашивал
