    А я бы дал лоан Калифорнии на месте федов. При условии, что 1)sanctuary cities are no more, 2) все универы штата (кроме частных, само собой) обязаны открыть military recruiting office, 3)Калифорния обязуется не принимать нового законодательства о гос.языке следущие 50 лет.
