The smallest American dream in Brooklyn (if by Brooklyn you mean Toronto, Canada)

A tipster wrote in with the following shock-and-awe-inducing real estate listing from southern Brooklyn (thing is, the piece of real estate is actually in that part of Brooklyn known as Toronto, Canada.
