i got a lil stupid question

my problem is i am outta status currently, but the visa that let me enter US is F`1. i just did not show up at the school. i`ve been here for 2 years so far.

my question is can i get another I-20 if i leave the US. or am i gonna be banned from entering the country for the next 10 years?

there`s no date of departure on my I-94. meaning i COULD`VE stayed untill the end of my school year.

Вам SEVIS record скорее всего уже был terminated, поэтому новую I-20 получить можете, но визу скорее всего уже не получите...После termination of SEVIS, ваш duration of status становится не действительным и вы в стране нелегал со всеми вытекающими! Ваша I-94 должна была быть выписана с duration of status, а не до окончания учебного года...Так как вы скорее всего потеряли ваш статус, то в США сейчас нелегально

Если вы уже стали нелегалом, то новую I-20 внутри страны вы уже не получите... всмысле коледж то вам ее может и сделает, но в USCIS ее захерят... таже беда будет и если вы выедите... визу вам не дадут.
