btw, it ain`t nothing sexual. i am just allergic to yeast, if you know what i mean. you prolly must be thinkin of vagina, right? not the case.

just to clear it: i get awful cramps and stomac pain if eat stuff that contains high fructose corn syrope or just plain bread. it`s bcuz that friggin bread contains yeast.

There is no way to kill it off. You can control it using prescription medication, natural remedies or very strict diet. But after you stop, candida is back. Only your own immune system can keep the yeast at a healthy level.
