Things you can get here, but not in Moscow?

Hi everyone... I don't speak Russian. Sorry for that. I had a question and figured this was a good place to ask

My boyfriend's mom and sister are coming to the U.S. to visit and I wanted to put some gifts together for them as a warm welcome. The bf is of no help and says that they can probably get whatever they want there lol. But... there must be some things. Any ideas are welcome and appreciated.
