У меня такой вот вопрос. В форме I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, есть такой вопрос : List husband/wife and all children of your relative. Надо ли там указывать мужа, который заполняет эту же форму ?

Если Ваш муж заполняет 130-ю форму на Вас, то его указывать не нужно, нужно только указывать Ваших детей, если они есть.
