    Default N-400 and Family Reunion

I have a few questions regarding citizenship and Family Reunion application afterwards. I have an Interview for citizenship this coming month in Cleveland. Will I have to take the Oath on the same day? What is the common practice? How much time does it take to get Naturalization certificate? AND
I am planning to file Family Reunion petition for my mother. Can I file it while she is in the U.S. on a visitor visa? Does she have to go back and wait for a visa? Who had similar situation, please, share experience. Which application should I submit? Thank you in advance for help.

Marriage Package.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

Thank you very much for your prompt reply. One more questions, please. When will I have to turn in my Green card--during the interview or during taking the oath.

Thanks a lot for help. My understanding is that I will receive Naturalization Certificate after I take the oath. If the Interview and Oath do not happen at the same day, I will keep Green Card till the Oath day. Do I understand it right?

Permanent Resident.

"U.S. Citizens traveling by air to and from Mexico must present a valid passport when entering or re-entering the United States. Land or sea travelers must have a valid U.S. passport (or U.S. citizenship documents such as a certified copy (not a simple photocopy or facsimile) of a U.S. birth certificate, a Naturalization Certificate, a Consular Report of Birth Abroad, or a Certificate of Citizenship are acceptable along with photo identification, such as a state or military issued ID)."
