    Default Quick question RE: I-485

    A quick question, please.
If applicant is 85 years old, does she still need to submit a medical examination certificate along with I-485? Is it possible that Affidavit of Support will be supplied not by direct relative (daughter, US citizen) who had originally submitted the I-130 form fror her mother (and the form has been now approved), but by someone else (grandson, GC holder)?
    Thanks in advance.

    1. Да, должен.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.
