    Default Asyluum question

    Hello evrb,
I got a question, very interesting. I came here on F-1 student visa to California in 2004 and applied for asylum based on my religious persecution in Turkmenistan. I got my asylum status in 2004 and after one year , I applied for green card(AOS). My current AOS is still pending. However I want to withdraw my application and cancel my asylum status. I have been to Turkmenistan 4 months ago and stayed there 2 weeks and I didn't have any problem at all. If I go to Turkmenistan soon and give my Refugee passport to US Consular there and tell them to cancel my status, will they cancel it? Or do I have to get it cancelled here and go to my home country? Can I get student or tourist visa again in case I want to come here? I have never illegally here in the US.
    Thanx,
    Murad

Вы можете просто уехать и все. Визу потом, конечно, получите вряд ли.
