LUD and DATE on message changed in 10 month

I got following message after bio3 and medicals :
Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or
to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On January 11, 2006, we received your response to our request for
evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to
process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was
complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum
stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case
status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or
advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please
contact the National Customer Service Center.

(later on USCIS removed 570 -600 days from online message )

Today when i looked up my case status online i found this message::

It looks like USCIS cheating applicants by changing dates on case status message. i think it is good chance to make a good complain to governor about NEbraska center morans.
I havent sent any RFE since january 11 2006 . what hell is going on ?
has anyone similar problems with case status message in Nebraska .???
I am going to call them tommorrow .i want to ask them what did they recieve from me (or from my clone )on november 3 06 ?

segodnya ya zvonil v NEbraska Center . Vse kto podnimali trubku ne znali chto skazat i stavili menya v Hold i transfer . iz treh officerov vse stavili menya na transfer na chas. no nikto ne podnimal trubku vo vseh sluchayah posle chasa hang up. Ya sobirayus zdelat infopass . esli ne poluichitsa . napishu gubernatoru ob etom bardake .

Да,биометрику и медицину сдал.Жду не дождус новостеи,но все без изменениы,думаю получит травел доцкумент и слетат в страну откуда бежал через другую страну,но боюс что не впустят,если у вас такои опит?
