Guys,

Could you please advise what is the easiest way to get Green Card (except DV lottery).

I am Canadian citizen and work in USA (TN-1 visa). My occupation is in NAFTA list.

How long will it take in California (in average) and what kind of mistakes should I avoid. Does it make sence to get H1-B visa first and then apply for Green Card? How difficult to get H1-B visa? Any usefull information about H1-B visa.


I would really appreciate any advices, links.
