LA is very spread out, you can find Russians anywhere. Во сновном West Hollywood and Valley, но Valley is too big...там полно русских...

если будешь работать в ОС, лучше и живи там, так как если жить в ЛА, а работать там можно сойти с ума. 2 часа в лучшем случае на пробки.....
без пробок до ОС мин 40 времени из ЛА. С пробками все 2 часа
