Dear имя,
We acknowledge the receipt of your duly signed "Power of Attorney"
bestowed on our honourable Chambers to represent you in claiming your
lottery prize money here in South Africa.
We have concluded our verification from the Lottery Company, and had
proposed that they make the deductions for securing the needed clearance
document from your prize money, but they stated categorically that your
prize has been insured by an insurance company here, and on no
circumstance should the prize be deductable or divisible, but be paid in
principle to your nominated account.We have also made inquires from the
High Court and Ministry of Finance here in South Africa where the Sworn
Affidavit and the Foreign Remittance Permit will be secured on your
behalf. From my findings regarding this matter , below is the cost of
securing the clearance document from the government appropriate office
here in South Africa.
1. Sworn Affidavit (Sealed ! by the Johannesburg High Court)
2. South African Foreign remittance permit. The above listed documents
will cost Euro 2,455 by the South African government before the clearance
is issued and you are expected to pay immediately the above charge to the
government authorities for the obtaining of the clearance document on your
name. As soon as the clearance is issued on your name, I will approach the
Lottery Company with the original copy, as they have demanded for the
release authorization so that your prize will be remitted to your account.
The original copy of the clearance will sent to you through courier by
this office once everything is concluded and your prize has been
transferred to your account and confirmed by you, the clearance document
will serve as a proof of Source of fund if eventually any authority in
your country queries about the legitimacy of this money that will be
telegraphically wired to your account.
Our chamber is charging you the sum of Euro 2,800 as our professional
service charge. This should be made ! available to this chamber as soon as
you confirm the receipt of your prize money in your account.
