Change of address

I gonna change my address in a month. As i found out, i have to send a form ar-11 to London and i have to do it within 10 days only after i change my address.
Is this only way how to do it?
I want to send it now, because i know where i gonna move and i will have time to make sure that they get this form.
Can i do this way?

To Amigo: If you should send your AR-11 within 10 days after the change of address, why not simply follow these instructions? What is the purpose of the early filing? Why worry?
You can always make sure they got your form if you send it via certified mail (not to P.O. Box, to another address).
