The Immigration Regulations currently require a pass mark of 67 points. While our assessment of the information you provided indicates that at the present time you would not score sufficient points, you still may be able to earn the points necessary to qualify for a Canadian Permanent Resident Visa.

Got a Qn: there's a question about what is my education and no appropriate answer for me. May-be I don't understand smth, but what should I choose for my 5 years institute military diploma (according to it my grade or however it's called is [specialist]). What does it match in American scale of educ.grades??
