Экономическим миром (а не только США) правит BIS (Bank of International Settlement) который держит под собой U.S. Federal Reserve, European Central Bank, и прочии экономические структуры. Кто будет президентом и почему им видней. Рецессия не проблема для тех у кого есть деньги (мищяне не в их числе) и средства их делать. У остальных всегда рецессия.
