Беседа потихоньку начинает становиться конструктивной, только большая просьба - давайте без "ты еще салага" и "сам дурак, куда мне до тебя" - проблема существует, всем желающим обсудить - добро пожаловать, к остальным огромная просьба - не надо напрасного флуда и злословия, не к чему это...
Я лично затрудняюсь назвать причины назревающего конфликта, но согласен с Gazon_Zaseyan, что Америка уж во всяком случае не за "всеобщую свободу" воюет. Так же не могу не поддержать Dr.Ganushkin - весьма обоснованное и разумное высказывание

О какой нефти идет речь? Если бы дело было в нефти, то вломили бы Венесуэльскому профсоюзу, вложили бы 1\100 от расходов на войну в добычу нефти в Рашке, прешемили бы еще кое-что кое-кому в ОПЭК и купались бы в дешевой нефти. Нет, дело тут в последнюю очередь в нефти.

Истинных причин никто никогда не узнает, остается лишь рассуждать, послушать мнение других, сделать выводы и принять определенную точку зрения. Собственно, для этого и существует форум. А нахамить вам легко могут и на улице, между делом...

Я думаю, что просто у него (U Буша) менталитет ковбоя. Не очень умного. Как хороши кто-то сказал- Одна из проблем америки- в том, что Anybody-just anybody- can become a President :molotok:

French fries find foes in Florida

A county official in Florida has requested a resolution that would change the name of French fries.

Commissioner Burt Aaronson is upset with France's reluctance to back a US-led war with Iraq.

He wants the name changed to "freedom fries" or "American fries" in Palm Beach County.

"I won't even mention the other name," he said.

Aaronson, 75, said he was inspired by a restaurant owner in Beaufort, North Carolina, who changed the name to "freedom fries" on his menu.

Aaronson already had said he would seek to block a subsidiary of the French company Vivendi Environmental from getting a $25 million government contract to build a sludge treatment plant.

Aaronson - like France - says inspectors need more time to look for banned weapons and hopes for a peaceful resolution to the conflict. But he said he does not like French unwillingness to go along with the U.S. threat to attack Iraq.

"American lives were left all through France thorough two world wars," Aaronson said. "This is another little thing to say to the French government: 'Wake up.'"

The suggestion met no resistance at a commission meeting, although some commissioners already had left. County Administrator Bob Weisman was directed to prepare an official resolution, which would not be binding and could be ready by March 11.



Danish pizzeria bans French and Germans

A Danish pizzeria has banned French and Germans from dining there because of their country's stance on a war with Iraq.

Aage Bjerre, who owns Aage's Pizza on the island of Fanoe, said he's tired of French and German attitudes toward the United States.

He's put two homemade drawings on the shop door, one a silhouette of a man coloured red, yellow and black for Germany and another in the red, white and blue for France.

Both silhouettes have a bar across them.

He says Germans will be allowed in if their country joins a war on Iraq, but the French will have to endure a lifetime ban.

Aage said: "Hadn't the United States helped Europe in defeating Germany, there would have been photos of Adolf Hitler hanging on the walls around here."

The ban has yet to affect his business because the tourist season only starts after Easter and peaks during the summer. "I do what my conscience tells me to do," he said.

He added: "Frenchmen have a lifetime ban here. Their attitude toward the United States will never change."



Bulgarian pub cashing in on Iraq conflict

A Bulgarian pub is cashing in on the prospect of war in Iraq by offering Shock and Terror cocktails and Yankee Attack tomato salads.

Other dishes on the menu at the City Club in Veliko Tarnovo include Saddam's Drama salads, Impatient Bush fries and Arabian Crash chicken steaks.

Owner Petar Stefonov said: "We've even got a special prize on Friday for the person who spends the most here - a free gas mask. But of course, we hope no one ever has to use it."

He added: "I would urge customers though to eat our Make Love Not War mixed nuts as well."

Mne ne nado слушать для этого чье-то определение- я с ними сталкивался каждый день, работая дальнобойщиком. Ограниченные кантри бойс, не любящие иностранцев. Более подробно- читай мой пост в разделе "Все о любви" - Про латинос- так получилось что оно там было к месту. Это то как они себя ведут- парни из техаса. Я думаю тот мой пост все еще последний в теме.

Все правильно, никаких противоречий: я по-прежнему затрудняюсь назвать причины войны, но считаю, что не за всеобщую свободу. Где противоречие? Причин-то я по-прежнему не могу назвать.
