b) u can NOT give them a tip
c) u can never order their service again

They did perform a service but poorly. It's like coming to a restauraunt and getting an awful waitress. U still have to pay for food. U may refrain from givin a tip to the waitress ;)

Legaly, i mean legaly, it would pay the differece between the service irecived and what i was suppoed to recive. another words, if you buy a 10 dollar widzhet, but you recive a 3 dollar wiget AND you want to keep thatwiget, the original party owes you 7 dollars, correct.

If you contracted for a perfect 10 service but only recived a mediocre 3 service, then the otherside owes you the difference:D

I'd say you've got to establish whether there was an understanding as to what they would do

If certain services were advertised but not performed, then you've got something there.

But if you had high expectations - and they did not get met - it could be that the level of your expectations was not entirely reasonable.

I wholheartedly relied on the advertisment, on blonde eastern european woman with good attitue and legs to mach. and we got pretty much an opposite- tired mexican middle aged women:D

On top on they they were extreely lazy.:D

You should have NOT accepted the service and closed the doors right away.
Since you chose to accept the service, there is nothing that can be done now :(
