1. Как вы собираетесь попасть в Канаду без визы?

2. Канадскую визу получить сложнее американской.

3. Если вы уже в Канаде- да, но, еще раз- попасть туда без канадской визы нельзя.

4. Нет. Проверяют по той же базе данных и разворачивают на границе точно так же, как и любых других граждан.

На каком основании вы собираетесь получать канадское гражданство, если не секрет? Для него надо минимум три года физически прожить в Канаде в качестве постоянного жителя, и потом еще до двух лет может занять ожидание самого гражданства после подачи.

1. in actuality i am going home, but it`d be great not to leave any trails so i was planning to leave the USofA via Canada or Mexico...and is it possible for me to get a new visa to the US while back home if i managed somehow to leave the US via say Canada...am i gonna have to be asked any questions as to how i left the the US if no flight records have any entries about my departure from the US to my homeland...

as for the canadain and mexican visas what i meant to say was if i can enter one of these countries being a holder of American visa which is expired and buy tickets and beat it.

well as you might have noticed i was going to leave the US and go back home, like a place where i was born) and enter Canada legally(obtain visa in the embassy located in my homeland )...that arose some of the questions...or just sneak into Canada(from the US territory) and leave North America altogether without any records of me via Canada...so i can come back to the US(if they are not gonna interrogate me about my invisible departure at the American embassy of my homeland)...i hope i cleared it a bit

Не скажу про Мексику, но через Канаду нечего и думать- во первых, не то, что по expired, но даже по действительной американской визе в Канаду вас никто не пустит, у Канады свои визы и строгий контроль на границе;
во вторых, даже если бы у вас была Канадская виза, при выезде в Канаду канадская иммиграция занимается контролем нарушений визового режима в США, именно они забирают белые карты, и возвращают их потом американцам, так что просроченное пребывание в США скрыть бы не удалось,
Что же касается вариантов нелегального перехода границы- после 11 сентября ее так оборудовали, что сейчас там и мышь вряд ли проскочет- возьмут еще на подxоде.
