Waiver называеться Application for Waiver of Grounds of Excludability (form I-601). К этой форме прилагаеться так называемое Hardship Letter - это документ написанные в форме письма в котором доказываеться экстремальная невозможность вашего жениха перехать к вам (extreme hardship). Заметьте, что ваша ситуация значения не имеет. Каждое утверждение об extreme hardship надо доказывать документально.Originally Posted by y82

a. HEALTH - Ongoing or specialized treatment requirements for a physical or mental condition; availability and quality of such treatment in your country, anticipated duration of the treatment; whether a condition is chronic or acute, or long-or short-term.
b. stigma; access to social institutions or structures.
f. Any other situation which you feel may help you meet the burden of extreme hardship.
