Our Downtown Los Angeles based client requires a PL/SQL UNIX Senior System Integrator. The base salary is up to $100,000. This person will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and troubleshooting data exchanges with external retail partners and supporting internal departments, such as Customer Service, Application Development, and Data Warehousing.

Responsibilities

* Monitor data exchanges with retail partners

* Develop file exchange specifications for new retail partners

* Maintain and develop programs in SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and Unix shell script

* Provide technical support by diagnosing data exchange problems and administering solutions

* Troubleshoot data-related Customer Service issues

* Support data extracts to Data Warehouse

* Propose database schema changes in support of new Application Development efforts

* Share on-call duties with team and periodically carry on-call pager

* Possess leadership abilities and mentor junior team members

Requirements

* 3+ year experience in SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and Unix shell script

* Degree: B.A. or B.S.
