Вы, конечно, имеете право следовать разным советам этого уважаемого форума, однако Вы будете ответственны за последствия... Ваше 'курирование' может быть интерпретировано по разному USCIS, и тогда Вы не сможете аргументировать тем, что Вам уже посоветовали на этом форуме. Для того, чтобы постараться предвидеть реакцию иммиграционной службы (а тот, кто Вам пообещает, что он сумеет ее предвидеть на 100% - бегите от такого советчика) , Вам следует составить бизнес план и разграничить Ваши обязанности. Далее, Вам рекомендуется обсудить этот план с иммиграционным адвокатом. В ином случае, есть шанс, что Вам придется инвестировать Ваши финансы в юридические баталии с USCIS и EOIR...

Esli ti otkrivaesh biznes , ti plotish nalogi , ti nanimaesh rabotnikov + oni budut plotit nalogi.
Ti sam pritom ne rabotaesh ti prosto vse eto pokupaesh , prosto ne logichno chto IRS pridyot i skajet chto vse eto ne legalno , da pritom oni mogut dokozat chto eto ne legalno , no kakoy tolk!? Biznes zakroetsa , rabotniki poteryayut rabotu + nikto ne budet plotit Nalogi .... , prosto v Amerike takoe sluchaetsa redko!!! No vse eshpinteresno ...

Vi kak-to putaete IRS (Tax Authority) i bivshij INS (USCIS - Immigration Service). IRS absolutno bezrazlichen Vash immigrazionnij status. Problema mozhet vozniknut s USCIS. Kak USCIS uznaet o Vashem biznese, i uznaet li voobshe, esli Vi sami ne soobshite - eto drugoe delo.
