а вот этот фильм - запросто

По сути, любое упоминание можно считать рекламой.

очень много фильмов есть, где бравый разбойник ездит на крутой тачке,
носит в пиджаке красивый блестящий пистолет, которым иногда пользуется
и занюхивается коксом, через свернутую банкноту.
(неизвестно сколько людей до него держали эту бумажку и какими руками )
И живет при этом красиво. В образах привлекательных.

Тема совсем не нова, и вряд ли я смогу исторгнуть из себя какое–то открытие. Я всего лишь сменю декорации и время. Ни Шотландии, ни Америки, ни Парижа. Только Москва. Только обычная московская лестничная клетка возле мусоропровода. Та самая лестничная клетка, о которой так многие знают так многое. Я не могу исключать, что за последние 7 лет в области употребления опиатов что–то изменилось. Не исключаю, но и не верю, ведь я, как и Вы, прекрасно знаю, что в Афганистане талибы продолжают увеличивать посевные площади, в Узбекистане, Таджикистане и иже с ними продолжают править средневековые восточные князьки, кино, книги и журналы по–прежнему полны скрытой рекламы. Ну, а молодость… а молодость также как и тысячу лет назад полна желания. Желания получить кайф. Желательно быстрее и желательно ничего для этого не делая. ...

Allow someone other than the Office of National Drug Control Policy to address marijuana law reform.

Every petition regarding marijuana law reform has received responses from the Office of National Drug Control Policy. Each response has simply addressed the never-changing stance of this office.

By law, the director of the ONDCP shall ensure... to take such actions as necessary to oppose any attempt to legalize the use of a substance listed in schedule I of section 202 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 812).

We respectfully request a response from an official spokesperson of the Administration who is allowed by law to consider ALL available evidence and research on the issue of marijuana law reform.

Will the Administration respect states' rights where pro-marijuana laws have been voted in by the will of the People, pursuant to the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution?

Treat marijuana like alcohol throughout the US by enacting HR 2306: "Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act of 2011."

American voters want marijuana legalized. Marijuana is no worse than alcohol and is likely a safer and healthier alternative for the individual user and public at large.

Marijuana prohibition enforcement costs U.S. taxpayers billions of dollars each year. Federal regulation will produce billions of dollars in annual revenue and create jobs.

American citizens should no longer be arrested for noncriminal behavior. Federal regulation will combat discrimination by stopping the racial biased arrests and prosecutions of minorities. Medical patients should have the option of choosing safer and less expensive prescriptions.

Minors should be protected from the "gateway effect" because drug dealers often sell more than marijuana and do not ask for IDs.

Remove HEMP (Non-Psychoactive Cannabis) from the Federal governments banned substance list. Make it Legal to Grow in USA

There is no reason for it to be illegal. It won't make you high. It is Not Marijuana, and it alone could make enough oil to free the nation. Hemp is the most versatile plant in the Universe, its strong enough to make rope, and diverse enough to make oil. This plant will grow almost everywhere with very little maintenance and without watering.And it is insect resistant naturally. It grows quickly and the steps to turn it into gasoline are very simple. We could replace our need for anything other than hemp in a matter of Months, not years.

Fuel:

* Hemp can produce 10 times more methanol than corn.

* Hemp is Earth's number-one biomass resource; it is capable of producing 10 tons per acre in four months.
