    We made a reservation for 4 pm on a Friday to go to their happy hour. I mentioned it in my booking. We went the day before and talked to the very nice host to see where we could sit. He showed us the outside and inside bar and high tops. We thanked him and said we would see him the next day. 2 hours before our reservation we get a call that there is no happy hour on Fridays. Their website doesn't mention it. I asked to speak to the manager. She was matter-of-fact and bordered on rude. I told her the host didn't mention it either the day before. She wanted to argue so we ended up at Tinta down the street. We were looking forward to trying almost all of the happy hour choices and a few off of the menu, but they didn't want our business (с)

    This review specifically applies to their management and their absolute lack of customer service. My fiance threw a surpise engagment party post proposal here. When making the reservation he asked if he was allowed to bring outside liquor for a cork fee. They stated yes, it will be $60 dollars per bottle to which my fiance agreed. The day before the reservation, my fiance called and asked if the bottles can be dropped off before the reservation and chilled. They said no problem. Our friends stopped by 2 hours before the reservation, dropped off the bottles which they took with no issue and we thought we were all set. Once we arrived and checked in for our reservation, we were told the cork fee will be $600 per bottle (!?!?). My fiance explained what was told to him and asked them to look up who took his reservation so they can get to the bottom of it. They said whoever told you that made a mistake. We asked to speak to the manager. The manager immediately came out with an attitude, handed back the bottles and said we won't honor $60 or $600 and we do not allow any outside bottles.

    She was incredibly rude and extremely off putting, would not even care to let us speak or even bother to take note of who made the arrangments with my fiance. If one your employees made a mistake, as an establishment, you should honor it. It makes no why they would even take the bottles to begin with if they don't allow outside bottles (с)

    The staff is so rude they made me really want to leave. Arrogant people looking down on you.
    The place is loud as a disco on a Saturday night.
    Food is good but portions are small and overpriced.
    I truly don’t understand the hype.
    I would never go back here and that’s mostly because the personnel should learn first how to treat customers (с)

    Absolutely terrible service with less then par food. When we sat at the table it took over 30 minutes to have our drink order taken. Following that all the food was sub par to not good. I would not recommend this restaurant at all but if you go skip the sushi as the fish quality is about the same a grocery store.

    We were so excited to go to this restaurant…we were were staying across the street at the four seasons so we walked over. Our server Diego was rude from the start; he was condescending with an attitude. We asked for regular water & they charged us $24 for water. Drinks were watered down & sushi was average at best. He brought out a roll we did not order & was so offended when we told him we had not ordered it & very rude. All in all; we were so disappointed in our meal & service experience & were sad we ended our last night in Fort Lauderdale at Takato (с)

    И слов как много на английском нашёл

    Кроме шума, всё остальное - чушь.
    Обслуживание изумительное.
    Меню, как и в любом, даже и самом дорогом ресторане - не всегда включает универсально любимые всеми блюда. И да, бывает что-то, что мне не нравится. Бывало, во всяком случае: один раз пробуешь, и больше не заказываешь.

    А остальное там обалденно хорошее, причём и рыбные блюда, и мясные. Что не так часто встречается.

    Но самое главное: даже не самые удачные блюда там лучше на сто порядков, чем описанный тобою жёлтый суп

    А что пишут $24 regular water, , те стакан воды из под крана и вправду чтоль 24 бакса там?

    А ты не читай.
    Приезжающий туда человек (я) поделился своим впечатлением с живущим там (STYLE)

    Тут же возникает якут и ссылается на какие-то отзывы.
    Разные люди предпочитают разную еду. И отзывы, в целом, чаще пишут недовольные.
    Для меня поэтому обмен мнений со STYLE более интересен.

    Ты не находишь, что ты звучишь несколько глуповато на этом фоне?
