saw this movie coupla nights ago, "Cold Blood". don't watch it under pain of death. I was like, Jean Reno, cool shit bubba, gotta be the next "The Professional", leggy chicks, shitloads of guns & ammo, the works. now there's this crappyass convoluted piece of shit. hell yeah there's some live firing going on, still the movie is one hell of a bore, and kinda stoopid. how' the hell did she know where to find him? fuck knows.

and if he knew from the beginning that she came to clip him, why the hell would he nurse her to health?

Nope. Last time I saw an action flick/police thriller Made in Europe was circa 2005, 2006, with Vincent Cassel naturally. the plot was twisted, nearly incomprehensible. I wasn't used to watching movies that dumb at the time.
