[Sarochka]

13,000: drinking glasses
1,350: Bottle of Thienot Champagne

5: Pounds of Chocolate popcorn
5,000: Mini chocolate Oscars (covered in 10 pounds of edible gold dust)
2: Gluten-free desserts, licorice and chocolate parfait with caramelized tobacco leaves and chocolate cupcakes with almond cream
1: Vegan dessert, the above cupcake and also carrot cake with raisins and cinnamon gel
4,000: Small plates
6,000: Cocktail forks
4,500 Bamboo skewers
10,000: Flowers from Ecuador, Colombia, Netherlands, New Zealand and the U.S. used by Mark's Garden to decorate the ballroom.

40: People working for six days to assemble those floral designs
500: Pounds of cement to build the bars
1,480: Yards of fabric to cover 462 pieces of furniture. Another 1,500 yards is used for wall treatments and 28,000 yards cover the ceiling, which will be sparkling with stars from two miles of LED lights.

1: Grammy-winning singer performing during the soiree—that would be John Legend.
Have a ball, everybody!
(FYI: Unused, prepared food will be donated to L.A. Specialty Chefs to End Hunger with a number of the floral arrangements going to homes for the aging. Very nice!)
