Ещё быквально лет семьдесят назад существовоал в Канаде закон о "беглянках" - если женщина в возрасте до..тридцати лет ушла из дома родителей, те могли подать на её розыск И возвращение домой силой.

В том -то и дело, что Запад прошел все эти стадии и уже довольно давно, а они застряли в тех временах. Непонятно кто и как сможет втащить их в 21-й век. Или хотя бы в 20-й.

Запад собственноручно постарался, чтобы в тех странах, где тогда уже нашли большие залежи нефти, у власти были лояльные шейхи. а где не было - так и еще больше постарался, чтобы посадить (как Пехлеви в 53-ем). так что прежде чем тыкать пальцем, надо посмотреть в зеркало.
