Мне очень нужен совет или помошь хорошего адвоката.

Я выхожу замуж, с бывшим мужем у нас обшие родительские права, абсолютно все 50-50. Без алиментов. Ребенок каждые 4 дня со мной, потом с отцом.

Мой фиансе Марин, и его отсылают в мерилэнд на 2 года, естественно он хочет меня взять с собой, но бывшый не хочет ничего менять, всячески мешает нашему счастью и даже не хочет знакомиться с моим будушим мужем чтобы знать с кем его ребенок проводит время.

Помогите советом у кого есть опыт, пожалуйста. Как же я оставлю ребенка или заберу?? как его убедить?

адвокат, наверное, захочет прочитать ваше нынешнее соглашение, и не прописаны ли там действия на случай переезда.

Написанно что нужно written consent from other parent if moving over 100 miles away to continue same arrangements. Texas.
I can not believe in a million years, that NOTHING extreme can be done to modify the decree, im trying to move on and be happy, i am getting married for Gods sake, why should i give up my son???? Why cant he be with me 6 months and 6 months with him again?? I am devestated... and he is being rude and mean about everything!!

можно пойти в суд за модификацией но, одно дело у тебя бойфренд едет в другой штат и совсем другое дело муж. сходи на консультацию в техасе своём тебе быстро всё расскажут.

I did have one consultation, the attorney said that there isnt much that can be done as the child is getting best from both worlds. And if i am moving on i better make sure to see him as much as i can and i will be paying my ex child support.
I am sorry but i think its total BS she also said that it might cost me between 20 and 50K just to start the case but only minor modifications can be done.
I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT!!!!!!

I am sorry for your situation but why should a father lose his child to make you happy? Plus you are the one who wants to move, not the dad.
Normal couples sit and discuss whats best for the kid. Your husband maybe thinks he should grow up with his real dad, who loves him.

Никто не говорит о том что ОН дожен его терять.
I am simply trying to be fair, he isnt considering my feelings at all, never had.
I am wanting to modify the decree so that we are all happy and both have our son equal time, why anyone has to suffer???
And i am sorry but i am his MOTHER!!!! He should be thankful i agreed to have this stupid joint custody! 'Cause if i didnt i would not have these problems right now! Hes taken me for granted!!!

ma'am, my fiance and i haev tried to sit down and speak like adults, he doesnt even wanna hear anything! Which makes him look like an absolute ass and idiot.
I am not looking for a new dad for my son, he has one and he will always stay his father and as i mentioned in the previous post no one is trying to take the child away! I love him just as much as he does, just cause i am loved doesnt mean i have to give him MY child 100% and add child support, hell naw!
