а есть обявы которые хотят 2х летнее образование с опытом работы до 3х лет, но сама работа требует как минимум 5 лет практики в манагемент позиции...

Я сездил на одно интервью, где мне сказали, что они ищут человека, кто-бы занимался [Production Cost & Budgeting] а еще бы ввел необходимые [Internal Controls]. У них никогда их раньше не было и вдруг они решили что надо.... А еще чел должен перевести их книги в ИФРС, потому как это не местная корпорация...

Катерпиллар, вроде не так уж плоха обьява но все равно [entry level] как никак это до 2х лет...

Я думаю надо поменьше внимания обрашать на их требования и подавать везде. Меня тоже поражали некоторые обьявы, когда я искала работу. Типа нужен вчерашний градуате, но что был опыт в нескольких разных областях
