The active law still says, that anyone born here - is a citizen (exept of diplomates' children, as Alex5448 said...)

Ничего не отменили. Пытались отменить в 2006, но даже "такой сякой" Буш сказал, что наложит вето.

Закон, впрочем, не прошел даже Палату Представителей, где у Республиканцев в то время (дело было ДО выборов в ноябре) было больше 2/3 голосов.
