То что квоту не выбрали связано с тем, что не очень охота была у работодателей с иностранцами возиться. А требований к претендентам никто не снижал.

На самом деле в [IT] брали кого не попади (лиш бы серты были для системшиков и безопасников или портфолио для девелоперов)

Мне 22 года. В этом году заканчиваю универ по специальности: информатика и управление в технических системах Работаю веб разработчиком: php,sql,ajax и т.д. С детства увлекаюсь компьютерами и программированием. Раньше на ассемблере писал и с.
Есть желание перебраться в штаты. Каким путем стоит пойти, желательно легальным?
Знаю что в америке не котируется российский диплом. Может стоит выходить напрямую на работодателя?!

*Hold a foreign degree that is the equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s or higher degree in the specialty occupation
*Hold an unrestricted state license, registration, or certification which authorizes you to fully practice the specialty occupation and be engaged in that specialty in the state of intended employment
*Have education, training, or progressively responsible experience in the specialty that is equivalent to the completion of such a degree, and have recognition of expertise in the specialty through progressively responsible positions directly related to the specialty.

Так что иностранцев не могли брать кого попало.

Химик, я тя умоляю. Топикстартеру 22 года. Какая куча сертов? У него в этом году уже диплом будет, и все дела.

Я тебя сам умолялю я в 37 лет за 2 семестра сумел 9 микрософтовских сертов отчебучить - так неужели 22 летний парень за месяц другой не сдаст 5-6?
