Elliot was jailed for life in April last year, but since then the gangster has been posting messages on the social networking website bragging about his life inside.

Writing under his street name Hackman Hack, he describes how he spends his days working out in the gym and playing computer games, telling friends that they'd love prison.

He wrote: 'U would love jail u could play ya computer all day long.'

In another message he said: 'Jus been gym, feel kinda hench.'

Bring back the death sentence. I object to paying taxes to keep this scumbag and all those like him. Perhaps getting rid of the do-gooders will help us deal with the criminals. comment

Are you saying we should execute all the do-gooders and then bring back the death penalty or should we start killing both groups at the same time?

I share your sentiments. I also think that American legal system is way too cumbersome to assure a swift and proper justice. We don't really need courts and the immense police, legal and penitentiary system that drains resources from the taxpayer's pockets. Imagine, nine old geezers calling themselves the SUpreme Court and untold thousands of others unelected elderly men and women mostly with proper waspy birth and upbringing, will decide the fate of these crazed maniacs and send them to play computer for the rest of their no good lives. We, the people, surely know better how to spend our hard earned buck. Citizen militia is the answer. If we catch a murderer we hang him on the spot. Film the process and distribute it to tv stations. We can actually do it on cable so the sensibilities of women and children will be protected. The communities will actually make some good money in the long run. First, the tv stations will gladly fork over millions for the videos then, the criminals themselves won't be as eager to murder when they know what will await them when they are caught. Just imagine this. A rapist is caught by a community patrol, his pants are pulled down on camera, his wiener is exposed, placed on a block, cut off, stuffed into his mouth which is subsequently sown up. Meanwhile, all of it is shown on cable live. Just imagine how much stuff can be sold to millions of ready and able consumers who currently waste their time on Jerry Springer, Maury Povich and f'ing Geraldo and such? Gosh, what a way out of the economic slump. The justice will be done, the people will be happy and the shit will get sold... halilujah...:leader:

Кстати в Тексасе вроде как 25-30% осуждённых на смерть по последним анализам ДНК не замешаны в тех делах по которым ждут казни. Если это так то прокуроров, судей и штатных легислаторов которые ратовали за смерт. казнь надо посадить пожизненно, без права освобождения. Чтобы остальным неповадно было казнить невиновных. на самом деле не такая уж и плохая идея.. И с преступником надо действовать его же методами -- он так быстрее понимает.

Только тот, кто ничего не делает не допускает ошибок. В каком-нибудь штате можно попробовать ввести вышеописанный метод борьбы с преступностью, а потом сравнить показатели.

Про смертную казнь -- к сожалению, цена судебной ошибки слишком велика. Оно, конечно, неприятно, когда коснулось чужих людей, а если и в твой дом лихо заглянет, как тогда быть?

Хотя я больше "за" смерт. казнь, чем "против".
