2.после годового- ГК теряется автоматически, если не получить returning resident permit (дается по уважительным причинам, как то - болезнь родственника за рубежем, учеба и прочее).

1. Неправильно. Только после года отсутствия, и то, кредитуется 1 год минус один день.
2. Неправильно. Ничего автоматически не теряется. Reentry Permit (а не returning resident permit) выдаётся без всяких оговорок на 2 года.

Т.е. достаточно платить налоги или иметь постоянное место жительства. Однако, это не имеет никакого отношения к Вашему заявлению -

Вы целиком и полностью подтверждаете мои слова с одной единственной поправкой- прерывание срока можно предотвратить, если представить доказательства.

Платить налоги или иметь место жительства "само по себе" недостаточно, так как это придется ДОКАЗЫВАТЬ.


Я бы на ВАШЕМ МЕСТЕ помолчал ;)
