During my last trip from Curacao to Dominican Republic due to the fact that on the nautical charts ongoing drug operation areas are not marked, approximately at 3PM I was arrested by DNCD power boat 5 miles south of my destination, marina Cap-Cana and accused in intention of transporting drugs from DR to Puerto-Rico. Beruta is under the arrest in the marina and I am in jail facing up to 20 years in prison. The main evidence against me is a intercepted satellite telephone call, which was apparently made in Spanish, which I do not speak! I also do not have the satellite phone. All my cash, credit cards, documents were confiscated.
