Whitesnake "Slow An' Easy"



Slide It In is an album released in 1984 by British rock band Whitesnake. It was the first Whitesnake's album to be released in the United States. The European and Canadian edition of the album contains the original mix. This mix features a stronger presence of keyboards by Jon Lord, and the bass is more noticeable. The U.S. mix lowers the keyboards and bass in the mix, and is more orientated around the guitars and drums. The U.S. version features some different guitar solos to the European/Canadian edition, with the addition of John Sykes as a third guitarist layered on top of the original guitar parts recorded by Mel Galley and Micky Moody.
Vocalist David Coverdale would take the slick production of Slide It In to an even higher level on Whitesnake's follow-up album.

It's My Life" is Bon Jovi's first single off of the album Crush ( #9 US, #1 UK, #1 EU, Certified: US- 2x Platinum, UK- Platinum). Their first single in five years, "It's My Life" was released on May 23, 2000. It was written by Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora, Jay Orpin and Max Martin.
"It's My Life" became the most successful Bon Jovi single, hitting #1 across many countries and most importantly, becoming a symbol of band's longevity as they prevailed through many different changes in the mainstream rock scene with admirable success. It was credited with reviving their career after they came off a five year break, during which they each pursued individual solo careers. It was also credited with introducing the veteran band to an entirely new, younger audience.

Robert Plant & Queen "Freddie Mercury Tribute " (video)



The Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert for AIDS Awareness was an open air concert held on Easter Monday, April 20, 1992 at London's Wembley Stadium, televised live worldwide. The concert was a tribute to the life of the late Queen frontman, Freddie Mercury, with all proceeds going to AIDS research. The show marked bassist John Deacon's final concert with Queen (save one live appearance with Brian May, Roger Taylor and Elton John in 1997). The profit of the concert was used to launch The Mercury Phoenix Trust.

No Quarter is a live album by Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page and Robert Plant, released by Atlantic Records on October 14, 1994. The long awaited reunion between Page and Plant occurred on a 90 minute "UnLedded" MTV project, recorded in Morocco, Wales, and London, which rated highly on network television. It was not a reunion of Led Zeppelin, however, as former bassist and keyboardist John Paul Jones was not present.
The album was #4 on debut on the Billboard's Pop Albums chart.

The Song Remains the Same is a concert film by the English rock band Led Zeppelin. The recording of the film took place during three nights of concerts at Madison Square Garden in New York in 1973, during the band's Houses of the Holy tour. The film premiered on October 21, 1976 at Cinema I in New York and in London two weeks later. The video of the film was released on October 25, 1990, and the DVD was released on December 31, 1999.
