But it is.In the Jewish state, before the second Temple was destroyed, were a lot of schools of meditation. If you know something about meditation, you understand that advanced meditation without a guru is dangerous and can bring you to craziness. So, Kabballah, is the book of meditation and for meditation. If you have imagination, you can understand what does that mean. When you read some text and view pictures there, you are involved in some kind of meditation. When you understand this, you understand what is Kabballah about. Many people there used God as an object for meditation, this is why they feeled too close to God and often hated other people, like "Gog is my friend, and who are you?" This is why, according to the Torah, God destroyed the second Temple. Because of unreasonable hate of Jewish people to each other. After the Temple was destroyed, the guru, the rabbies, were very afraid that people will continue advanced meditation without supervision and will go crazy. That is why they made Kabballah forbidden. And they where very successful. Now very few people know the truth about Kabballah. So, the goal of the Kabballah was the advance meditation, that made people's mind sharp (like any other forms of meditation).
