I'm coming to you today to encourage you to vote for me in the coming election. I step up at this time of economic hardship brought on by the greedy powers that be to champion you, my hard working countrymen.

Money grubbing bankers have destroyed our economy and made it nearly impossible to even do business. I will change that. I will act to stop the greed of those who would oppress you, and spread their wealth into the hands of those who need it.

Around the world our nation is despised for the illegal war my predecessors perpetrated on a sovereign nation. I will change that. I will bring back respect to our great nation. I will make it strong again, and bring peace to this great land.

We are victims of a class war that the other side refuses to acknowledge. I will change that. I will break down their strongholds and bring fairness back into the public discussion.

Our youth is mired in a sea of hopelessness and despair. I will change that. I will provide programs that pay for their education, and allow them to take their rightful place in society.

My opponent represents the old guard, those same people who plunged us into two illegal wars of aggression. Yes, he is a decorated hero, and he has accomplished much in his time, but he is old. His time is past. It is now our time to step into the spotlight and show the world what new hope we can bring.

My opponents claim my supporters (you) have used underhanded tactics to swing this election. Do not believe this. They are afraid of the power you wield.

They claim it is frightening the way your express your support for me. They deride my "celebrity" and they mock you when you come and hear me speak. They mock your enthusiasm. They ridicule your hope. They are afraid of your passion. But I believe in you and you can believe in me.

My opponents claim I have no experience, that my only attraction is the way I speak, or the fervency of my followers. They say my only claim to fame is as an author of an autobiography, and that I have only promises in my hand. But I have led a great campaign to rise from obscurity to the chosen candidate of millions of my friends and neighbors. I do bring hope. I bring the hope of change. I will change this great nation!
