2. custom images (special smiles & other design elements)

You should be able to upload new avatars now.
All design elements and smiles should be there.

PS:
we had raid5 controller failure, so some data are irrevocable lost,
forum was restored from last saved db backup and some remnants from from raid

if there are any other problems except of lost avatars - pls let me know.
