Вряд ли.
Машина есть машина, дилершип за нее отдал деньги, гарантию сейчас государство обещало взять на себя, какой смысл продавать дешево? Только потому, что марки больше нет? Так это в дальней перспективе может и лучше еще- для коллекционеров, к примеру ;)

2. все что под крылом государства - теряет качество и обесценивается в конечном итоге
