[I have question to Laman, in case you already pass GMAT, may be you give me a hint on this problem:
The city council is creating an exploratory group for creating a new park. The city council consist of 20 Representatives, 10 rebulicans and 10 Democrats. The exploratory group will consist of 3 Rebublicans and 3 Democrats. How many different combinations are possible of city council member to make up the exploratory group?
A 518,400 B14,400 C120 D100 E9. The right answer B.

If you find the way how to solve this problem, please, let me know. And describe the way how have you got correct solution?

Number of ways to pick 3 republicans out of 10:
C(m,n) = m!/(n!)(m-n)! = 120
3 democrats - the same.
For each choice of democrats there are 120 choices of republicans, so the total is 120*120
