PEOPLE!!! I have ADWARE on my computer. What do I do??? I can't get rid of it, my Internet doesn't want to work properly, and I can't type in Russian, b/c my TRANSLIT button doesn't work. Please help.

P.S. I am a computer moron, so, please make your recommendations detailed.
